New Member, Looking for Source of PDL Portfolios for Sale or Collection

I'm in Virginia, looking for a reliable source of PDL portfolios, either for sale, or for placement for collection on percentage basis.

Would like to focus on Virginia cases, but may consider some outside the area.

Any insight or recommendations would be appreciated.

there's a lot of people looking for PDL paper these days! If you want to accomplish this the old school style, I would suggest talking to the owners of PDL companies. Many of them don't have in house collections but either sell the paper, or work with an outside collections company.

Thanks. Specifically, who are the larger issuers of PDLs? Do they have public websites with contact information?

The larger companies are EZcorp, Cash Advance America, and Advance America. Theres more but those are the ones off the top of my head.
