Greetings Payday Loan Forum. I am looking to buy some payday loans for collections. I have been mainly collecting on credit cards and I am looking to make a switch. I am interested in buying a small package to sample. I have read through the site and the forum. I have called a few numbers, only to find out they are disconnected.
