Not to say there aren't any decent lenders on the internet, but I personally would go into a local store.
You'll get more personalized service. You will have a place to go if you have any questions or complaints. Traditional "brick-and-mortar" stores will try harder to treat you well and earn your repeat business.
That said, think about WHY you prefer an online-payday loan as opposed to an internet loan.
If you decide that you would indeed rather get an online/internet loan, I would personally get a loan from a direct lender, not someone "finding" a lender for me, as you'll have a better shot at real customer service as opposed to getting caught in the "blame-game" (aka: "We're sorry, we just process the loan. You'll have to contact the lender in Australia at xxx-xxxx. What's that, you tried that number and it's disconnected? Well, you'll have to just keep trying...."
Of course that's the worst case scenario, but I would personally try to avoid that at all costs. Perhaps contact customer service BEFORE getting the internet loan, just to make sure someone is there for you when you have questions. Just remember, it can be hard to hold someone accountable for "mistakes" when you don't know who they are/where they are, and you've already given them direct access to your BANK ACCOUNT!! With anything in life, just be careful, do your research and make sure you're doing business with a reputable company.
