Hey guys. Im starting the beginning stages of building a CSR module for the Empower Payday Loan Suite. This module will basically handle underwriting and CSR operations for payday lending on the internet. What are your experiences? What do you currently hate about the software you have to work with? What do you wish it could do? I'd love some insight while im building this - good industry insight makes for good software Wink

Let me know!

you know - one of our biggest problems with using Payday Loan Manager is timing our ACH transactions. We frequently ACH on the wrong dates because Payday Loan Manager doesn't record a customers pay dates correctly.

I have not made the change, but I thought that Chris said that they were streamlining that process?

Im not sure whats going on with Chris' end. I don't communicate with them much, but from what I see in the software they provide it looks like a decent application for startups. I wouldn't choose it if you were looking to run multi-state operations. What software do you currently use to run your operations?

Out growing a software solution can be tiresome when you have to switch to something else. What are you guys currently using IDEAL for? And how many states are you guys running operations in?
